- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues due to the custom nature of our products, but we may offer an exchange at our discretion, subject to availability.
Refund Process

- Return Shipping: If approved, you’ll need to return the item to us at:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. - Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
